The award-winning Acura Integra Type S, the most powerful, best performing Integra ever, has earned another major honour as one of Car and Driver magazine’s 10Best Cars.
The 2024 10Best Cars award adds to the next-gen Integra's impressive list of prestigious industry and media honours, which includes the distinguished 2023 North American Car of the Year award.
“The Acura Integra is the 2023 North American Car of the Year, now the performance-focused Integra Type S has been recognized with a prestigious Car and Driver 10Best award, solidifying Integra’s position as a world class sedan,” said James Marchand, Assistant Vice President Acura Canada. “The Integra Type S carries on the tradition of our precision crafted performance mindset and is attracting a new generation of Canadian Acura customers to our brand.”
Each year, Car and Driver editors test over 800 vehicles on 200+ testing points, while driving hundreds of thousands of miles on test tracks and roads. Car and Driver releases two lists concurrently: 10Best Cars and 10Best Trucks and SUVs. Vehicle Eligibility requires that vehicles must cost less than $110,000, returning winners from 2023, or vehicles that are either all-new or significantly revised.

Acura Integra Type S
The new Integra Type S delivers a new interpretation of ultimate street performance for the next generation of enthusiast drivers, elevating Acura Precision Crafted Performance in the gateway segment with 320 horsepower and the only available manual transmission in its class.

The 2024 Integra Type S is built exclusively at the Marysville Auto Plant in Ohio, on the same production line as the Integra, Acura TLX and TLX Type S. The K20C engine is built exclusively at the Anna Engine Plant in Ohio, which also produces the turbo V6 that powers the Acura TLX Type S and MDX Type S.
